Heston"Peck" Burroughs

April 13, 1926 - August 29, 2014

Heston Alfred Burroughs was born in Sherman, Kentucky in Grant County on April 13, 1926 and passed away at the Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky on August 29, 2014 at the age of 88.He was the son of the late Amos Lawrence and Pearl Belle Brooks Burroughs.
"Peck" as he was widely known is survived by his daughters: Linda Sue Clemons and her husband, Ernest of Nicholasville, Brenda KayLloyd and her husband, David of Lawrenceburg, and Ruth Ann "Andy" Osborne and her husband, Dan of Mountain City, TN; grandchildren: Ashley Mosharrafa, Elizabeth Stout, Adrienne Hearl, Patrick Lloyd and Phillip Lloyd; 7 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.Two sisters: Louella Wright and Leota Ditslear proceeded Mr. Burroughs in death.
A former resident of London, Kentucky and more recently of Nicholasville, Mr. Burroughs was a member of the Dry Ridge Christian Church, a former automobile salesman for Charlie''s Auto Sales in London and a former Sales Representative for The Chrysler Corporation.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dixie Highway, Dry Ridge, KY 41035.Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY.Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N.
