Billy H Collinsworth

January 9, 1926 - June 11, 2014

Billy H. Collinsworth was born in Salyersville on January 9, 1926 and died Wednesday, June 11, 2014at the St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood at the age of 88. He was the son of the late John Taylor and Florence Lykins Collinsworth.

Billy is survived by his loving wife, Juanita: daughters: Paulette Gould of Miamisburg, OH and Cindy Jo Butler of Reading, OH; son: Gary Gilmore of Milford, OH; sisters: Dean of Salyersville and Wanda of Franklin, OH; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Two sons: John Collinsworth and Dennis Baxter Collinsworth; two brothers: Clyde Collinsworth and Willard Collinsworth and two sisters: Ruth Collinsworth and Mae Collinsworth all preceded Billy in death.

A veteran of U.S.Army during World War II, he retired from the Stearns and Foster company. Mr. Collinsworth loved to fish, hunt, garden and watch baseball.

Funeral services will be 11:30 AM, Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Visitation will be 9:30 - 11:30 AM Friday at the funeral home.
