Tina C Crase

October 5, 1963 - May 14, 2014

Tina Carol Usleaman Crase, of Verona,was born in Covington, Kentucky on October 5, 1963 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Kentucky on May 14, 2014 at the age of 50. She was the daughter of Carolyn Ann Brewer Usleaman, of Ludlow, and the late Charles Roland Usleaman who died in 1997.

In addition to her mother, Tina is survived by her husband, Guy Dwayne Crase; daughter, Katelyn Crase; son, Jacob Crase; sister, Janice Elaine Rouse of Ludlow; brother, Barry Keith Usleaman of Verona and many other relatives and friends.

A member of the New Bethel Baptist Church, Mrs. Crase was an eightyearmember of the Walton-Verona Independent Schools Board of Education where she had the honor to serve as Chairperson.

Visitation for Mrs. Crase will be Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the Walton-Verona Elementary School on Porter Road in Verona. The funeral will also be on Saturday at 3:00 PM at the school. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona. Memorials are suggested to the Tina Crase Memorial Fund in care of any 5/3 Bank.
