Lois Bowman Newman

February 2, 1955 - March 19, 2014

Lois Rae Bowman Newman was born Feb. 3, 1955 in Grant Co., Kentucky and passed away March 19, 2014 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 59. She was the daughter of Mary Colson Bowman of Corinth and the late Russell Bowman.

Lois was a faithful member of the Sherman Church of Christ in Dry Ridge. She was also a retired shipping clerk for Performance Pipe in Williamstown, Kentucky.

On June 10, 2006, Lois was united in marriage to Harold D. Newman, Jr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter: Nicole Parsons of Williamstown; a son: Casey William Gambrel of Ft. Stewart, GA; a stepdaughter: Shannon Schneider of Grandview, IN; a brother: Timothy Bowman of Corinth; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Monday, March 24, 2014 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North.
