Joyce Crase Karp

September 27, 1937 - January 25, 2014

Mina Joyce Crase Karp was born Sept. 27, 1937 in Berg, Kentucky and passed away Jan. 25, 2014 in Florence, Kentucky at the age of 76. She was the daughter of the late Guy and Martha Wagers Crase.

Joyce was a member fo the Beaverlick Baptist Church in Walton and was a retired bank clerk for Provident Bank in Cincinnati.

On August 29, 1959 Joyce was united in marriage to her husband Justin Karp who preceded her in death on Jan. 12, 1998. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother: Dillard Crase in 2010.

Joyce is survived by a sister: Mary Zureick of Florence; a brother: Manuel Crase of Union; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014 at Beaverlick Baptist Church in Walton. Visitation will be Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the church. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery.
