Ray E. Spillman, a Williamstown resident, passed away on Nov. 22, 2013 at the University Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH at the age of 71.

He was survived by his wife, Norma Spillman, one son, Christopher (Shannon McCoy) Spillman of Tampa, FL, two daughters, Tracy (Michael) Alsip, of Williamstown, Tara (Anthony) Gifford of Crittenden, one sister, Laura Gibson of Dry Ridge, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Memorials are suggested to the Sherman Church of Christ, 1055 Sherman-Mt. Zion Rd., Dry Ridge, KY 41035.There will be no services.
