Steven Richard Hess

June 3, 1962 - October 3, 2014

Steve Hess was born June 3, 1962 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away on October 3, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the son of Richard Hess of Falmouth and the late Helen Perry Hess who preceded him in death on Feb. 4, 2011.

An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Steve was a Truck Driver for Crupper Transport in Williamstown. He was also a member of the Short Creek Baptist Church and veteran of the US Army Reserves.

On Nov. 14, 1986, Steve was united in marriage to Paula Doker Hess. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by: two daughters: Nathalie McComas of Cincinnati and Chantel Hess of Williamstown; two sons: Danny Hess of Crittenden and Cory Hess of Williamstown; a sister: Kathy Hanna of Dry Ridge; three brothers: John Hess of Williamstown, Dean Hess of Dry Ridge, and Jason Hess of Cookeville, TN; and three grandchildren: Jackson, Ian and Aiden.

Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday, Oct. 9, at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, Oct. 10, at the funeral home. Burial will be 2:00 PM Saturday, Oct. 11at Short Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
