Kathy Fisher Higgins of Owenton, Kentucky, was born June 30, 1963, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed on Thursday, April 23, 2009, inLexington, Kentucky, atthe age of 45.

Kathy was the daughter of Sadie Mae Beach Stuedle and the late Lowell Thomas Fisher. She is a member of the Ky Motorcycle Assn. / K.B.A. inc.

In addition tobeing survived by her mother and step-father Sadie and John Stuedleof Dry Ridge, KY. She is also survived by 1daughter Ruby Higgins of Dry Ridge, KY; and1 sister Diana Marty - Collins of Dry Ridge, KY.

Funeral services for Kathy will be at 4:00pm Sunday, April 26, 2009, at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY. with burial at the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation for Kathy will be after 1:00pm Sunday, April 26, 2009, at the funeral Home.
