Lois Ann Shelton

December 29, 1947 - April 6, 2009

Lois Ann Breeden Shelton, resident of the Hogg Ridge Community,was born in Williamstown, Kentucky on December 29, 1947 and passed away at her residence in Williamstown, Kentucky on April 6, 2009 at the age of 61. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Anna Mary Collier Breeden.

She was united in marriage with Ronald Lee Shelton who preceded her in death on September 12, 2002. She is survived by one daughter: Anna Lee Brock of Williamstown, KY; one son: Christopher D. Shelton of Williamstown, KY; one brother: Dennis Claude Breeden of Dry Ridge, KY; two sisters: Brenda LaVern Colson of Dry Ridge, KY and Barbara Lee Breeden of Dry Ridge, KY; one grandson and many other relatives and friends. A sister, Mary Margaret Collier died as an infant.

Mrs. Shelton was a nurse's aide for several years at several Northern Kentucky health care facilities including Woodspoint and Carlsbad Nursing Homes.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Visitation will be on Thursday from Noon until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass.
