Beuferd M Chipman

July 6, 1923 - March 25, 2009

Beuferd M. Chipman of Williamstown, was born on Chipman Ridge in Williamstown, Kentucky in Grant County on July 6, 1923. He passed away on March 25, 2009 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, South in Edgewood, Kentucky in Kenton County at the age of 85. He was the son of the late Frank and Edith Renneckar Chipman.

His wife Shirley Brumback Chipman died recently. He is survived by only one brother: B. J. Chipman of Williamstown, KY and many other friends and relatives. He was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church and a graduate of the Mason High School in Grant County, KY. He was a farmer and had been a dock worker for International Harvester Corporation in Cincinnati, OH and a shipping clerk for the Brandeis Company in Lexington, KY. Beuferd also was a Kentucky Colonel.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM Saturday. Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Williamstown United Methodist Church.
