Randall Scott Coots of Williamstown, KY was born November 5, 1967 in Covington, KY and died Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 48.

He was the son of the late Eugene James Coots and Norma Virginia Folmer Coots of Dry Ridge and a former employee of Wiseway Electrical Supply. On January 24, 1987 he was united in marriage to his wife, Monica Lynn Monhollen Coots.

In addition to his wife Monica and mother Norma, also surviving is 1 son, Joshua Scott Coots and Kristina Websterof Williamstown; 1 daughter, Kristina Lynn Coots and Donnie Groger of Covington; 8 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jeff and David Coots both of Tiffin, OH, and Bub Coots of Isanti, MN; 4 sisters, Cindy McNay of Williamstown, Karen Morris of Rising Sun, IN, Jennifer McComas of Dry Ridge, and Pam Julian of Covington; and his in-laws, Cecil Sr. and Patricia Monhollan of Dry Ridge;brother -in-laws Cecil Monhollen Jr. and Chris Monhollen; and sister-in-law, Pam Beach.
