Nancy Jane "Janie" Vest

October 29, 1956 - September 15, 2016

Nancy Jane "Janie" Vest was born in Covington on October 29, 1956 and passed away at her residence in Verona on September 15, 2106 at the age of 59. Janie was the daughter of the late Charles Robert and Lillian Mae Perry Bowling.

She is survived by her husband, Rodney Dwayne Vest, daughter: Shonda Rene Biddle of Verona; sons: Ppreston Dwight (Christy) Biddle of Verona and Philip Eric Biddle of Richwood; sister: Pat (Ray) Walker of Crittenden; brothers: Mike Bowling of Ohio, Jimbo Bowling of Florence and Jerry Bowling of Glencoe; grandchildren: Dylan, Whitley, Ryley and Kaleb Biddle. Mrs. Vest was preceded in death by brothers: Dave Bowling, Jargo Bowling and Paul Bowling.

A member of the New Bethel Baptist church, Mrs. Vest was a longtime employee of Walmart, working as a Department Manager. She was located at the Dry Ridge Walmart for over 15 years and later relocated to the Florence Walmart.

Funeral servics will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral hom on Tuesday from Noon until 3:00 PM. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Good Guys Club of Walton.
