Claude William Ford

December 7, 1924 - August 29, 2016

Claude W. Ford, 91, of Williamstown passed away at his home on August 29, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lois Perkins Ford. He was the son of the late William and Ira Ford.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters: Karen Lawrence of Florence and Deborah (Tony) Cooper of Pine Mountain, GA; two sisters: Corinne (Eugene) Hammond of Williamstown and June (Earl) Weatherford of Florence; a brother: Blaine Ford of Ft. Thomas; four grandchildren: Darin Lawrence, Sherri Fulp, Jill Thomas and Stefanie McDowell; and three great grandchildren.

Claude was preceded in death by three sisters: Dorothy Ford, Norma Good and Marietta Lewis.

Mr. Ford wasa WWII US Navy Veteran, a retired Water Department Supervisor with the City of Williamstown and a member of the Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Visitation will be 11 AM - 1 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Williamstown Cemetery.
