Edward Gibson

January 3, 1935 - February 11, 2015

Edward L. Gibson, 80 years old, went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2015 at 2:00 a.m. He was born January 3, 1935, in Williamsburg, KY, but spent most of his life in Northern Kentucky.

In the year 2000 he and his wife moved to Lake Jackson, TX. Ed was active in his church, Brazosport Baptist Temple and at the Texas Port Ministry where he served for 14 years as a driver and dispatcher.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances (Kathy) Gibson; a daughter, Rhonda Noble of Columbus, OH; anda son Kevin Scott Gibson of Independence, KY.


Graveside Services will be Noon, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown, KY.Visitation will be 10:30 - 11:45 AM Tuesday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.
