Hubert McCollum Jr

Hubert McCollum, Jr of Williamstown, KY was born May 13, 1942 in Gas City, IN and passed away Jan. 31, 2015 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY at the age of 72.

Hubert was the son of the late Hubert and Vera Brandenburg McCollum and a retired service and repair employee of Cincinnati Coin. On July 25, 1971 he was united in marriage to his wife Betty Smith McCollum. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Brian McCollum, 1 brother, Bill McCollum, and 1 sister, Barb Butler.
In addition to his wife Betty, he is also survived by 2 sons, Todd McCollum of Ross, OH and Kevin McCollum of Hamilton, OH; 1 daughter, Angela Almond of Bridgetown, OH; 4 grandchildren; and 1 brother, Dale McCollum of Texas.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wed., Feb. 4, 2015 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown followed by burial in the Williamstown Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Wed. at the funeral home.
