Dora Jean Johnson Phelps

Dora Jean Johnson Phelps of Corinth, KY was born June 12, 1964 and died January 27, 2016 at the age of 51.

She was the daughter of the late John Henry and Maxine Cameron Johnson and a former machine tender for Equitable and Duro Bag Co. On Sept. 14, 1979 she was united in marriage to her husband, Herbert William Phelps, Jr.
In addition to her husband Herb, she is also survived by 2 daughters, Amberly Phelps of Corinth and Amanda Phelps Morris of Georgetown; 1 son Joshua Phelps of Corinth; 13 grandchildren; 1 brother, John Johnson of Terre Haute, IN; and 7 sisters, Betty Dunn, of Corinth, Henrietta Bonds, of Olive Hill, Della Bowels of Greenup, Regina Rodrigues of Lexington, Beverly Alvarce of Lexington, Belinda Kelly of Owenton, and Debbie Flynn of Newport.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00pm Tuesday, Febuary 2, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY, followed by burial in the New Columbus Cemetery, Corinth. Visitation will also be Tuesday, February 2, 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
