Thomas L Leathers DMD

Thomas L. Leathers D.M.D. of Union, KY was born Nov. 30, 1929 in Central City, KY and died Tue. Jan 26, 2016 at his residence at the age of 86.

He was the son of the late Will Lee Leathers and Mae Ortkiese Webster. He was a retired Private Practice Dentist in Erlanger, KY, a member of the First Church of Christ, Burlington, a Past Master of the Verona #875 F&AM lodge, and member of the Boone Union Masonic Lodge.
On Aug. 20, 1955 he was united in marriage to his wife Marilyn Alice Marx Leathers. In addition to his wife of 60 years he is survived by 2 sons Mark Lee Leathers of Turtle Creek Township, OH and Thomas Alan Leathers of Burlington, KY; 2 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Dorothy Long, Julia Oditt, Mildred Doggett, and Cardelia Thei.
Funeral and Masonic Services will be at 1:00pm Mon. Feb. 1, 2016 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, with burial to follow in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am - 1:00pm Mon. Feb. 1, 2016 at the funeral home.
