Dolores Turner Harvey

June 1, 1922 - January 7, 2016

Mrs. Dolores Turner Harvey, a Dry Ridge resident, passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 7th at the age of 93. She was the widow of the late Nulan Harvey.

Mrs. Harvey was a homemaker and farmer all of her life, and was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband Nulan, Mrs. Harvey was preceded in death by a daughter, Madelyn Richardson. Mrs. Harvey is survived by two sons, Dwight Harvey (Linda) of Crittenden, Michael Harvey (Linda) of Dry Ridge, six daughters, Barbara Chaney of Dry Ridge, Wanda McClurg (Jerry) of Crittenden, Juanita Beach of Dry Ridge, Bernice Delph (Charles) of Dry Ridge, Deborah Brown of Dry Ridge, Jennifer Napier (Roy) of Dry Ridge, one brother, Paul Turner of Lexington, one sister, Betty Jane Hayes of Lexington, 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 9, from 10am - 12 noon at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Funeral services will be at 12 noon. Burial will follow at the Pleasant View Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Pleasant View Baptist Church, or Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Dr., Lexington, KY 40504.
