Fred Hines

May 5, 1945 - May 7, 2009

Fred Burton Hines was born in Shepherdsville, Kentucky in Bullitt County on May 5, 1945 and passed away at the Hospice of St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, Kentucky in Kenton County on May 7, 2009 at the age of 64. He was the son of the late Richard Burton and Dolly Eva Vincent Hines.

On November 21, 1970 he was united in marriage with the former Mary Ann Heheman. In addition to his loving wife, Fred is survived by two brothers: Robert Hines of Franklin, PA and Richard Carl Hines of Houston, TX; two sisters: Catherine Wigginton of Louisville, KY and Wanda Turner of Winter Haven, FL; his niece and "best friend" Joanne Boone of Louisville, KY and many other relatives and friends. A brother, Norman Hines preceded Fred in death.

Mr. Hines was the owner and operator of A Tech Training Inc. in Walton, KY which designs and manufactures automotive training units that are sold world-wide. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War.

Visitation for Mr. Hines will be Noon - 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton - Verona Rd., Verona, Ky 41092. Graveside services will also be on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, 438 South Loop Rd., Edgewood, Ky 41017
