Viola Lawrence Henry

October 21, 1921 - January 15, 2009

Corinth - Mrs. Viola Lawrence Henry was born in Corinth, KY on Oct. 21, 1921 and passed away at the Grant Manor Health Care Center on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at the age of 87 years, and 2 months. Her parents were John Thomas Lawrence and Bessie Mae McClanahan.

Mrs. Henry was united in marriage on Dec. 12, 1945 to the late William J. Henry, whom passed on April 12, 1986.

Mrs. Henry was a member of the Lystra Church of Christ and a homemaker all her life. Sheis survived by one son, Garry L. Henry (Patsy) from Corinth; one daughter, Doris Pittman (Everett) of Raleigh, N.C.; one brother, Jesse Lawrence of Cincinnati, OH; one deceased son, John Wayne Henry; five grandchilren, two step great grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 17, 2009from 5-8 pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Funeral services will be on Sunday at 2 pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Burial will be in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY.
