Donald Joe Justice

August 9, 1934 - January 13, 2009

Donald Joe Justice was born August 9, 1934 in Crittenden, Kentucky to the late Harry Cassius and Beulah Mae Taylor Justice and passed away on January 13, 2009 in Florence, Kentucky at the age of 74 years, 5 months, and 4 days.

On June 5, 1954 he was united in marriage with Emma Dean Shelton. In addition to his wife, Donald is survived bythree daughters: Debbie Tungate of Crittenden, Cathy Stephenson of Dry Ridge, and Sheila Miller of Verona;two sons: Danny Justice and Randel Justice both of Dry Ridge;one brother: William R. "Billy Bob" Justiceof Dry Ridge; one sister: Nancy Lee Collins of Dry Ridge; six grandchildren and one great grandson.

Donald was preceded in death by one brother, Louis L. Justice and one sister, Betty Joyce Perry.

He retired as a mechanic with Roadway Express in Cincinnati, Ohio after 36 years. He was a member of Teamsters Union Local #100 in Cincinnati as well as the Sherman Baptist Church in Dry Ridge, KY.

Funeral Services will be Saturday January 17, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. The visitation will be Friday, Jan. 16, from 4:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY.
