Steve B Gregory

July 5, 1940 - December 14, 2014

Steve B Gregory was born in Manchester, Kentucky on July 5, 1940 and passed away at his residence in Verona, Kentucky on December 14, 2014 at the age of 74. He was the son of the late Tom and Annie Minton Gregory.

Mr. Gregory was united in marriage with Edna Louise Owens in 1953. She preceded Steve in death on August 25, 2013. Mr. Gregory is survived by two sons: Douglas (Jennifer) Gregory of Verona and Steven (Anita) Gregory of Dry Ridge; a daughter: Edna Faye (John) Francis of Warsaw; three brothers: Sammy Gregory of London, James Gregory of Mt. Vernon, and Denver Gregory of Louisville; four sisters: Cora Goins of Arlington, TX, Lucy Goins of Louisville, Ruby Goins of Louisville and Julie Jones of Lexington; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

A member of the Concord Baptist Church, Mr. Gregory was a machine operator. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Friday, December 19, 2014 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton-Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY.
