Clyde Davis Slayback

Clyde Davis Slayback of Dry Ridge, KY was born November 24, 1932 in Petersburg, KY and died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY at the age of 81.

He was the son of the late Louis and Ella Craig Slayback, a former factory worker, truck driver for the Grant County Road Dept., and greeter for Dry Ridge Wal-Mart. He was united in marriage on July 15, 1995 to his late wife Geraldine Loomis Williams Slayback, who passed away November 12, 2014. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Kay Ferguson.
Survivors are 1 son, Randy (Joyce) Slayback of Williamstown; 1 stepson, David Sargent of Dry Ridge; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 7:00pm Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Burial will be Thursday at 11:00am at the Petersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
