Steven Ray Mullins

January 31, 1954 - November 13, 2014

Steven Ray Mullins, a Warsaw, Kentucky resident, and formerly of Williamstown, passed away at Carroll County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the age of 60.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Day Mullins, a son, Steven F. Mullins of Warsaw, a daughter, Stephanie Mullins of Florence, two brothers, Mike Mullins of Warsaw, Curtis Mullins of Lebanon, Ohio, two sisters, Viola Weidner of Verona, Mildred Sue Chapman of Warsaw, and seven grandchildren.

Mr. Mullins was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hilda Wilson Mullins, and a daughter Lee Ann Wilson.

Services for Mr. Mullins will be private and at the convenience of the family.
