Shirley Chipman

September 17, 1921 - December 14, 2008

Shirley Marie Brumback Chipman, resident of Williamstown, Kentucky,was born in Grant County, Kentucky on September 17, 1921 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, South in Edgewood, Kentucky on December 14, 2008 at the age of 87. She was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Madeline Printy Brumback.

On October 6, 1954, she was united in marriage with Beuford M. Chipman. Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 54 years and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Brumback had worked at the Litt Brothers Department Store in Williamstown, KY, the Kentucky Food Store in Williamstown and the Goldsmith Baseball Factory. She was a member of the Williamstown United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY with visitation at the funeral home from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Wednesday. Burial will take place in the Williamstown Cemetery.
