Randall Moore

June 29, 1918 - November 30, 2008

Kenneth Randall Moore, resident of the Gumlick Community, was born in Pendleton County, Kentucky on June 29, 1918 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, South in Edgewood, KY on November 30, 2008 at the age of 90. He was the son of the late Claude Meeks and Grace Ruby Moore.

On March 27, 1948 he was united in marriage with the former Anna Mae Haley who preceded Randall in death on January 24, 2008. From this union two sons were born: Randy A. Moore and Ricky K. Moore, both of the Gumlick Community. In addition to his loving sons, Mr. Moore is survived by one brother: Elwood Moore of Butler, KY; one sister: Wanda Jenkins of Falmouth, KY; two grandsons: Craig Allen Moore and Todd Kenneth Moore: four great grandchildren: Ali, Clint, Jackson and Brayden; and many other relatives and friends.

Mr. Moore was a member and deacon of the Roanoke Christian Church. He was a veteran of the United State Army Air Corps during World War II. He had been employed by the Goodyear Tire Company in Cincinnati as a retreader for over 30 years.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
