Mr. Garnett E. "Gary" Worthington, Jr. a Louisville resident and formerly of Boone County, died Sunday, September 28th, 2008 in Louisville, KYat the age of 56. Mr. Worthington was born December 30, 1951 to the late Garnett Worthington, Sr. and Mary Price Morris. Mr. Worthington, a Louisville resident, is survived by his daughter, Amanda "Mandy" Worthington, one granddog "Molly", and many great friends. Mr. Worthington was the owner of Heads Up Pub in Louisville, KY. Visitation for Mr. Worthington will be Thursday, October 2, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home of Verona, KY. Funeral Services for Mr. Worthington will also be Thursday immediately following the visitation at 2 p.m. at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Richwood Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Richwood, KY.
