Lucy Stillings Crook

March 4, 1920 - September 19, 2008

Mrs. Lucy Stillings Crook was born in London, Kentucky on March 4, 1920 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Grant Co. in Williamstown, Kentucky on September 19, 2008 at the age of 88. She was the daughter of the late John and Laura Hamilton Stillings.

Lucy is the widow of the late William Eldred Crook. She is survived by one daughter: Shirley Davis of Dry Ridge, KY; one sister: Ora Lee Huff of Greenwood, IN; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Her daughter, Carol Kiser; her brother, Claude Stillings and two sisters, Odrie Huff and Opal Stillings Watkins all preceded her in death.

Mrs. Crook was a seamstress for Fashion Frocks and Bobbi Brooks Clothing manufacturers. She was a member of the Williamstown Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Memorial services will be held for Mrs. Crook at the Williamstown Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at 3:00 PM. Burial was in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY. Memorials may be sent to the Williamstown Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 205 Humes Ridge Rd., Williamstown, KY 41097.
