Tabitha Vallario of Williamstown, KY, was born March 22, 1969 in Cleveland, OH. She passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2010 following an auto accident in Pendleton County, KY, at the age of 40.

Tabitha was the daughter of Roger Dale Farley of Harts Creek, WV, and Edith Eplin Wedmore of Mason, OH, she was a Medical Records & Surgery Scheduling Clerk for Freiberg Orthopedics in Blue Ash, OH, and was united in marriage on July 4, 2000, to Michael E. Vallario of Williamstown, KY.

In addition to her parents and her husband of 9 years, Tabitha is also survived by 4 daughters, Nikki and Karla Farley both of Cincinnati, OH, Terri Farley of Paintsville, KY, and Melissa Vallario of Williamstown, KY; 3 sons, Friedrich Shuller of Pine Knot, KY, Jeffrey Snider and Brandon Farley, both of Cincinnati, OH; 1 brother Roger Dale Farley, Jr. of Williamsburg, OH; and 4 sisters, Samantha Jefferson of Chicago, IL, Carolyn Kaye Kennedy of Cincinnati, OH, Stephanie Dawn Callahan, and Denise Michelle Foster of Mason, OH.

Funeral Services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be after 10:00am Saturday. Burial will be in the Farley Cemetery, Harts Creek, WV.
