Kathy Jo Darlington Courtney

July 3, 1951 - November 22, 2015

Kathy Darlington Courtney, a Warsaw resident, passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the age of 64. She was the widow of the late Larry Courtney, Sr.

Mrs. Courtney was a banker for most of her life, a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church, had a talent in sewing, and loved her children and grandchildren dearly.

Mrs. Courtney was survived by one son, Larry Courtney, Jr., (Amber) of Camp Lejeune, NC, one daughter, Stephanie Courtney-Roland of Warsaw, KY, one brother, Marvin Lloyd Darlington, Jr., and four grandchildren, Allison, Taylor, Ariana and Ashlynne.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 11-2pm at the Hamilton Stanley Funeral Home in Verona, KY. Funeral services will follow at 2pm. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY. Memorials are suggested to Disabled Veterans of America, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
