Chelbi Elizabeth Tlacuantl-Poblano of Dry Ridge, KY was born October 28, 2009 in Florence, KY. She passed away Monday, October 18, 2010 at Childrens Hospital in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 11 months.

Chelbi is survived by her parents Raymond and Melissa Ann Hisel Tlacuatl-Poblano of Dry Ridge, KY; 1 sister Adrean Hisel of Dry Ridge, KY; 1 brother Jaxson Hisel of Dry Ridge, KY; maternal grandmother Elizabeth Hisel of Dry Ridge, KY; maternal grandfather Shelby Hisel Jr. of Glencoe, KY; paternal grandmother Delfina Chantes Poblano of Puebla Mexico; and paternal grandfather Raymundo Tiacuatl Romero of Puebla Mexico.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, October 25, 2010 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY, with burial to follow in the Williamstown Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday, October 24, 2010 at the funeral home.
