Peggy Ann Colson Faulkner

July 20, 1941 - June 15, 2010

Peggy Ann Colson Faulkner was born in Grant County, Kentucky on July 20, 1941 and passed away at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood, Kentucky on June 15, 2010 at the age of 68. She was the daughter of the late Winford Lee and Dorothy Mae Roland Colson.

Mrs. Faulkner is survived by her former husband, Billy R. Faulkner of Dry Ridge, KY; her daughters: Sheila Hearn of Dry Ridge, Barbara Faulkner of Dry Ridge, Regina Gordon of Cordova and Rebecca Alexander of Williamstown; her sisters: Judy O'Banion of Crittenden; Sherry Burke of Dry Ridge, Pam Fisk of Morningview, KY, Tammy Warman of Demossville, KY, Winnie Colson of Williamstown, Kim Goff of Monroe, NC and Linda Colson of Butler, KY; her brothers: Thomas Wayne Colson of Dry Ridge, Roger Lane Colson of Florence, KY, Joe Colson of Jacksonville, FL, Butch Colson of Dry Ridge, and Paully Colson of Crittenden; her grandchildren: Nicole Bryan, Caleb Hearn, Tristan Howe, Rachel Cummins, Cody Gordon, Kesha Howe, Matthew Alexander, Courtney Alexander and Joshua Alexander; her great grandchildren: Halle Hearn, Sophie Bryan, Christopher Howe, Colter Hearn and Deekon Gordon and many other relatives and friends. Two brothers, Gary Lee Colson and Darrell Gene Colson preceded Peggy in death.

Mrs. Colson was widely known as a waitress in many local restaurants and remained a member of the Clark's Creek Baptist Church.Funeral services will be 2:00 PM- Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM Monday, June 21, 2010. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery, Corinth, Kentucky.
