Georgia Overbay of Verona, KY was born November 28, 1928 in Gallatin County, KY. She passed away Friday, May 28, 2010, at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Care Center, Edgewood, KY, at the age of 81.

She was the daughter of the late Robert Leslie and Anna Gertrude Hopperton Hon. She was a homemaker and farmer, and amember of the New Bethel Baptist Church, Verona, KY. Georgia was preceded in deathby her 1st husband RobertWendell Webster in 1964, andShe wasunited in marriage to her husband Buddy Overbay on October 14, 1966.

In addition to her husband Buddy,she is survived by, 1 daughter, Donna Bush of Cross Plains, IN; 1 sister, LaVerne Johns of Warsaw, KY; 2 grandchildren;4 great-grandchildren.

Visitationwill be 5:00pm-8:00pm Monday, May 31, 2010, at the Hamilton-Stanley FuneralHome, Verona, KY. Funeralservices will be 11:00am Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the funeral home with burial to follow at the Napoleon Cemetery, Gallatin County, KY.
