Paul Kimberlin

April 5, 1928 - May 6, 2010

Paul Grant Kimberlin of Dayton, Ohio and formerly of Verona, Kentucky was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on April 5, 1928 and passed away at the Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee on May 6, 2010 at the age of 82. He was the son of the late Logan and Rosa Lee Davis Kimberlin.

His wife, Harriett died on November 11, 1999. Paul is survived by hie son, Wayne Kimberlin and his wife, Brenda Kay of Nashville, TN; his brother, General R. Kimberlin of Warsaw, KY; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. He was one of a family of nine children.

Mr. Kimberlin retired from the Chrysler Corporation in 1991 and was a heating and air conditioning installer as well as a plumber. He served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He remained a member of the Church of God in Kettering, Ohio.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, May 9, 2010 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton - Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092. Visitation will be Monday from Noon until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY. Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
