Carolyn Sue Nickell Davis

Carolyn Sue Nickell Davis of Crittenden, KYwas born December 22, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH and passed away on May 4, 2010 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Hamilton, OH at the age of 63 years. She was the daughter of the late Charles Warner Nickell and Eloise Ackman Nickell.

Carolyn was united in marriage to Harry Davis, Sr.of Crittenden, KY,46 years ago. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: Rick Davis of Somerville, OH, Dennis Davis and Harry Davis, Jr. of Crittenden, KY; four brothers: Larry and Greg Nickell of Dry Ridge, KY,Garry Nickell of Williamstown, KY and BrianNickell of Georgia; seven sisters: Ada Mae Kearns of Burlington, KY, Margie Vickers of Falmouth, KY, Teresa Caswell of Falmouth, KY, Sharon Merrill of Williamstown, KY, Kathy Caldwell and Virginia Varner of Dry Ridge, KY and Angie Rains of Crittenden, KY. There are ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, KY 41030. Visitation will also be Saturday, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden.
