Hazel Johnson Fields

January 6, 1914 - August 8, 2009

Hazel Ileen Johnson Fields was born January 6, 1914 in Neave, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Grace Coleman Johnson and passed away on August 8, 2009 in Florence, Kentucky at the age of 95 years.

On Oct. 1, 1929 Hazel was united in marriage to Harold Elijha Fields who preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 2003. She is survived by one daughter, Louise Lanter of Ft. Wright, KY; one son, Thomas E. Fields of Mariemont, OH;7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.

Hazel was a homemaker and a member of the Erlanger Christian Church in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Services will be Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Visitation will be on Wednesday from Noon - 2:00 PM at the funeral home. The burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
