Jimmy Kenton Holly

August 28, 1942 - July 14, 2009

Jimmy Kenton Holly, resident of Glencoe, Kentucky, was born in Covington, Kentucky on August 28, 1942 and passed away in Verona, Kentucky on July 14, 2009 at the age of 66. He was the son of Mamie Noel Holly of Glencoe, KYand the late George Edward Holly.

In addition to his loving mother, he is survived by his daughters: Susan Martin of Park Hills, KY and Lisa Derham of Louisville, KY; his son: Jim Holly of Latonia, KY; his brothers: Steven Holly of Burlington, KY and Norman Holly of Florence, KY; his sister: Patricia Lillard of Glencoe, KY; four grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Jim was a truck driver for M & M Trucking of Madison, Indiana. He was a graduate of the Gallatin County High School and a member of the Ten Mile Baptist Church in Napoleon, KY.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, July 18, 2009 at the Hamilton - Stanley Funeral Home, 14635 Walton- Verona Rd., Verona, KY 41092. Visitationwill be on Friday, July 17, 2009 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Burial will be in the Napoleon Oddfellows Cemetery, Gallatin County, KY.
