Charles Donald Ballard

Charles Donald Ballard was born April 5, 1926 in Grant County, Kentucky to the late McKinley and Pearl Martin Ballard and passed away on July 11, 2009 in Dry Ridge, Kentucky at the age of 83 years.

On September 11, 1953 he was united in marriage to Toy Elaine Blair who preceded him in death on March 25, 2004. He is survived by two sons: Donald Parmer Ballard of Dry Ridge and Steven Kent Ballard of Williamstown; one sister: Loretta Toole of Dry Ridge; three Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Donald was a member of the United States Army serving his country in the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the Dry Ridge Baptist Church in Dry Ridge, KY.

Services will be Private and at the convenience of the family.
