Rev Gary Lee Mocahbee Sr

October 24, 1946 - June 17, 2009

Rev. Gary Lee Mocahbee, Sr. was born on Oct. 24, 1946 in Cold Spring, Ky and departed this life on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the Hospice of N. Ky-Ft. Thomas, KY at the age of 62. He was the widower of Deborah Lynn McClure. (d. 10/28/07)

Rev. Mocahbee was united in marriage to Deborah on March 1, 1968 while on leave with the Army. They together have 3 sons, Gary Lee, Matthew Paul, and Christopher, all from Dry Ridge, KY. They also have two daughters, Idamae Loretta Mocahbee of Manchester, TN, Shawna Marie Mocahbee of Dry Ridge, KY, three brothers, Albert from Dalton, GA, Ronald from Latonia, KY, and Frederick of Butler, KY, and ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Rev. Mocahbee was retired after 22 yrs from M & S Drywall in Ross, OH as a drywall hanger.

Visitation for Rev. Mocahbee will be Saturday, June 20, from 11am - 2pm with the funeral following at 2pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Dr., Lexington, KY 40504-3277.
