Beryl Thomas McClain

June 30, 1920 - May 22, 2009

Beryl Thomas McClain was born June 30, 1920 in Corinth, Kentucky to the late Clarence Edgar and Emily Holmes McClain and passed away May 22, 2009 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 88 years, 10 months, and 22 days.

On February 3, 1944 Beryl was united in marriage toWilma Jane Delaney McClain. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Eric D. McClain of Shelbyville, KY, three grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Beryl was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in WWII. Mr. McClain was a Professional Farm Manager & Rural Appraisorand was Farm Manager for the WAVE TV Demonstration Farm for 30+ years. He was a member and Former President of the KY Chapter of American Association of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisors as well as a member and Elder Emeritus of Williamstown Christian Church.

Services will be Saturday May 30, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Visitation will also be Saturday, May 30, 2009 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M. The burial will be in Corinth Oddfellows Cemetery in Corinth, KY.
