James Henry Northcutt

May 27, 1938 - May 21, 2009

James Henry Northcutt was born in Stewartsville, Kentucky in Grant County on May 27, 1938 and passed away at his home in Stewartsville, Kentucky on May 21, 2009 at the age of 70. He was the son of the late Henry Harold and Dorothy Evelyn Coates Northcutt.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky in Agronomy and a 1956 graduate of Grant County High School, Jim was a lifelong farmer and former partner in the Northcutt Farm Supply. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by one sister: Peggy Anderson of Columbia, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Jim Northcutt will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 24, 2009 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097 with visitation at the funeral home from Noon until 2:00 PM Sunday. Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Grant County Relay for Life.
