Richard E. Poole, 68, of Walton, KY was born May 23, 1945 and died Thursday, August 22, 2013 in Ft. Wright, KY.

Richard was the son of the late Joseph Earl and Sarah Elizabeth Allen Poole, a U.S. Army Veteran, Member of the American Legion Post #277, a truck driver and escort forS & H Contractors, and a member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Walton. He was united in marriage on November 26, 1971 to the late Janet Faye Jones.
Survived is 2 daughters, Lisa K. Terrell of Ft. Wright, and Sarah Jo Purcell of Falmouth;7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 2 brothers, Jim Poole of Florence, and Donnie Poole of Walton; and 2 sisters, Jean Phipps of Walton, and Nell Jo Nantz of Taylor Mill.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00AM Monday, August 26, 2013 at the All Saints Catholic Church Walton, followed by burial in the St. Patricks Catholic Cemetery, Verona. Visitation will be Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona.
