Mary Lou Greenwell

June 3, 1931 - January 14, 2017

Mary Lou Greenwell, 85, widow of Walter Greenwell, passed away Saturday January 14, 2017 at Grant Manor in Williamstown. She was born June 3, 1931 to Sam and Eva  Mae Parker Hisel, and was a member of the Violet Ridge Church of Christ.

She is survived by two daughters: Karen Jump of Crittenden and Vicky (Mike Samples) Greenwell of London, KY, two sons: Gary (Linda) Greenwell of Crittenden and Daryl (Debra) Greenwell of Richmond, KY. Additional survivors include one sister: Beulah Winkle of Falmouth and one brother: Gene (Donna) Hisel of Florence. She was preceded in death by a son: Danny (Terri) Greenwell along with four brothers and three sisters.  Surviving grandchildren are: Robert Marshall (Marlana) Jump III, Jeremy (Summer) Greenwell, Joshua Greenwell, Jason Greenwell, Pauli (Curtis) Willis, Amanda Saylor, Kelly Greenwell, Alisa Greenwell, Alex Greenwell and Walker Greenwell. Several great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be Wednesday January 18th from 12 Noon till the time of the funeral at 2:00 at Gardnersville Christian Church. Burial will follow in the Gardnersville Christian Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Violet Ridge Church of Christ Youth group or Gardnersville Christian Church.
