Imojean Estridge Souder

February 22, 1933 - January 12, 2017

Imojean Estridge Souder was born in Egypt, Kentucky in Clay County on February 22, 1933 and passed away on January 12, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 83.  She was the daughter of Marion and Mary Catherine Estridge.
Mrs. Souder was a graduate of the Tyner High School in Jackson County and a retired homemaker.  She is survived by four daughters: Crystal Garrett of Williamstown, Pamela Rose of Burlington, Shirley Garza of Dry Ridge and Sheila Phillips of Erlanger; nine grqandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.  She was united in marriage with Harold Lee Souder on April 28, 1953.  He preceded her in death on September 27, 2001 after more than 48 years of marriage.  A brother: Robert Estridge and three sisters: Elizabeth Gifford, Charlene Ward and Lela Mae Hornsby all died earlier.
Funeral services for Mrs. Souder will be Monday at 1:00 PM, January 16, 2017 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.  The visitation will also be on Monday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
