Rush Wright, Jr.

October 10, 1961 - August 22, 2016

Rush Wright, Jr. was born October 10, 1961 in Letcher Co., Kentucky and passed away August 22, 2016 in Edgewood, Kentucky at the age of 54.  He was the son of the late Rush Wright, Sr. and Genora Bolin Wright.

Rush was a custodian for Grant County Schools serving the Dry Ridge Elementary School.  He was also a member of the Mason Baptist Church in Mason, KY and a member of the NRA.

Rush is survived by three sons: Joshua Wright and his wife, CJ, of Williamstown, Justin Wright and his fiance, Chasity, of Dry Ridge and Jacob Wright and his fiance, Raven, of Williamstown; three brothers: Frankie Wright of Hebron, Johnny Wright of Williamstown and James Wright of Corinth; a sister: Lisa Gabbard of Sunmen, IN; and four grandchildren: Jericho, Lydia, Sophia and Connor.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Friday, Aug. 26 at Mason Baptist Church with Rev. James Sears officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday at the church.  Burial will be in the Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.
