Steven Lee Kells

November 28, 1947 - August 10, 2016

Steven Lee Kells passed away suddenly on the family farm, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the age of 68.  He was the son of the late Carl Lee Kells and Stella Mae Colson Kells.  Steve is survived by his wife, Josephine Epperson Kells, daughters: Kathy (Fred) Williams of Dry Ridge and Karen (Jarod) Stewart of Dry Ridge; stepdaughter: Cheryl Holder of Williamstown; stepsons: Tim (Kim) Epperson of Williamstown and Brian (Becky) Epperson of Williamstown; sister: Sandra Glenn of Florence; brother: Jeff Ogg of Florence; 2 grandchildren and 6 stepgrandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Dugger.  Mr. Kells was a lifelong farmer who formerly farmed with Stacy Farms and was a former employee of Gusher Pump.  He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War and remained a member of the Fairview Christian Church at his death.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 13, 2016, Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097 with visitation at the funeral home from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday.  Burial follows in the Williamstown Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Fairview Christian Church.
