Dora Gulick Kells

February 20, 1918 - July 24, 2016

Dora Gulick Kells, a Williamstown resident, was born on February 20, 1918 in Pendleton County, KY and died in Williamstown, KY on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the age of 98.

She was the widow of Emery Kells, a homemaker, a former volunteer at the Williamstown United Methodist Church Clothes Closet, and lifelong member of Roanoke Christian Church.

She was also preceded in death by a son Bobby Ray Kells and a grandson Tyrone Dixon.

Mrs. Kells is survived by 3 sons, Kenneth W. Kells and Harold Kells, both of Dry Ridge, Freddie Kells of Milford, OH, 3 daughters, Margaret Dixon of Williamstown, Janet Uhrig of Montgomery, TX, Rita Keeney of Walton, KY, a sister, Willena Whaley of Williamstown, a brother, Thomas Gulick of Williamstown, 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  Visitation will be from 11 AM to 2 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at the Williamstown Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Roanoke Christian Church Cemetery.
