Tommy Joe Cannon

April 14, 1940 - June 29, 2016

Tommy Joe Cannon, a Corinth resident, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the age of 76.  Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife Beverly Jo Hollan Cannon.  Mr. Cannon was a  painter for all his life.  He was a firearms collector, loved to do mechanic work and paint vehicles as well.

In addition to his wife Beverly, Mr. Cannon is survived by two sons, Martin Fugate (Gayle) of Nicholasville, KY, Tommy J. Cannon, Jr. (Kay) of Paris, KY, four daughters, Cheryle Tuggle of Crittenden, KY, Tarry Gordon (Robert) of Williamstown, Sylvia Bates (James) of Corinth, KY, Teresa Edwards (John) of Lexington, KY, one brother, Roy Cannon of Sadieville, KY, one sister, Darlene Mason of Whiteland, IN, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Cannon will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 9am-11am at the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth, KY.  Funeral services will also be on Saturday at 11am at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Sadieville cemetery.
