Melanie Lynn Wainscott

November 13, 1957 - June 24, 2016

Melanie Lynn Wainscott was born in Campbell County, Kentucky on November 13, 1957 and passed away following a brain hemmorhage at St. Elizabeth, Florence on June 24, 2016 at the age of 58.  She was the daughter of Janet Lee Lytle Wainscott of Berry and the late Floyd Baynum.

On April 20, 1984, Mel, as she was widely known, was united in marriage with Ricky Lee Wainscott.  In addition to her loving husband, Mrs. Wainscott is survived by her children: Tessa (Alistair) Blair of Florence, Dwayne Keith (Nicole) Heaverin of Dry Ridge and Jeremy Heaverin of Berry; brothers: Timothy Baynum of Peach Grove and Dennis Baynum of Peach Grove; 8 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Wainscott was an associate with WalMart where she worked in the meat department.  Funeral services will be 2;00 PM, Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from Noon until 2:00 PM.  Burial will be in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Peach Grove, Kentucky.  Memorials may be made to the Melanie Wainscott Memorial Fund, P.
