Wesley Blain McClure

December 16, 1968 - May 25, 2016

Mr. Wesley Blain McClure of Mt. Zion, KY. passed away Wednesday, May 25 in Mt. Zion at the age of 47.  Wesley was born December 16, 1968 in Owenton, KY. to Dixie Lee Kidd McClure and Eual F. "Colby" McClure.  Wesley worked in construction and had previously worked for Central Rock.  He was a member of the Sherman Church of Christ and he enjoyed hunting, horseback riding and all sports, especially basketball.

Wesley was preceded in death by an infant brother, Clinton McClure.

Wesley leaves to mourn his passing a daughter: Elisa Blain Krell and her husband Cameron of Garland, Texas, his parents: Eual F. "Colby" and Dixie Lee McClure of Mt. Zion, KY., a brother: Thomas W. McClure and his wife Angela of Dry Ridge, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Wesley Blain McClure will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, June 2 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge with Rev. Howard Chipman officiating.  Visitation will be there on Thursday, June 2 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
